Being a data collection tool, Formplus allows you receive all kinds of information. From applications to event bookings, orders, inventory and so much more. If you already have a Trello account, it means you have a system that helps you organize your projects and tasks.
However, manually moving this data from Formplus to your Trello account can be time-consuming.
This is why you need the Formplus Trello Zap. It’ll save time and introduce order to your pending tasks.
In this post, you’ll learn how to automatically create cards on Trello from your Formplus responses by seamlessly integrating these two apps.
How to Connect Formplus to Your Trello Account
- Visit the Formplus Trello integration page
- Once you click on ‘Connect’, sign in to your Formplus on the pop-up modal and authorize access
- Click on ‘Next’, select the form you’d want to collect responses from and test the trigger
Once your Formplus account is properly connected, proceed to connect your Trello account.
- Start by selecting the action event (what you would like to do with your Formplus responses)
- While the default is to create a card, you can select other options from the drop-down and click on ‘continue’
- Sign in to your Trello account, give authorization and click on ‘Continue’
- Next, finalize your Trello settings. For example, the name of the card, due date, position, approved members etc
- Review your settings and if you’re satisfied, proceed to test your zap.
- Once the test is successful, you can turn on your zap
And that’s it.
