We love how versatile your Formplus forms can get. From designing event forms, demo booking, webinar registrations, and so much more.
However, manually picking out time slots on your google calendar for these events can get pretty time-consuming. Especially if you have a number of calls you’d like to schedule.
This is why we’ve worked on an interesting new zap where you can create calendar events from your Formplus responses. Not only will this Zap help you save time, but it’ll help keep things organized and structured as well.
In this post, we’ll be showing you how to efficiently use this zap to streamline events and calls.
How to Connect Formplus to Your Google Calendar
- Once you click on ‘Connect’, sign in to your Formplus on the pop-up modal and authorize access
- Click on ‘Next’ and select the form you’d want to collect responses from
Once your Formplus account is properly connected, proceed to connect your Google calendar account.
- Start by selecting the action event (what you would like to do with your Formplus responses)
- While the default is to create a detailed calendar event, you can select other options from the drop-down and click on ‘continue’
- Select your google account, authorize and click on continue
- Next, finalize your google calendar settings. For example, do you want to be notified, appear as busy, add a meeting link, etc
- Review your settings and if you’re satisfied, proceed to test your zap.
- Once the test is successful, you can turn on your zap
